Voip Services

 *All pricing is in USD, monthly bill will be in USD. Invoicing and payment in other currencies is available upon request.  The current bank exchange rate will be applied to each line item on the monthly bill.

If you wish to cancel prior to the end of your contract as stated on your monthly invoice, standard cancellation fees will apply, which is equal to your average monthly VoIP services multiplied by the number of months remaining on the contract for a maximum of 12 months, based on a 6 month average.

Once notice to cancel contract is received the porting request must be made within 10 business days and the port must be completed within 14 days of the earliest available date provided, otherwise the request will be cancelled 


Note:  Porting a number out is considered the same as cancelling your contract early.  Cancellation fees will be calculated based on the cost and usage of that DID based on average monthly usage multiplied by the number of months remaining on the contract for a maximum of 12 months, based on a 6 month average plus an additional 25% .  In addition any major decreases in services will also be considered the same as cancellation of the contract and standard cancellation fees will be applied.
